Coral Cove Construction, Inc. is 40 years of experience in the construction industry in Massachusetts, South Carolina, and Florida.

Working as a project manager since 1998 on numerous private residences in Sarasota & Manatee County (focusing on the Casey, Siesta & Longboat Key islands) — led Thomas Frascone to establish Coral Cove Construction, Inc. in 2004 as a custom construction business focused on catering specifically to each customer’s unique ideas and build-out requests. By referring to decades of past work and carefully selecting the building services that best suits a project, time and money are saved, producing results that consistently meet or exceed our customers’ best expectations.
